Dispute Resolution Center Senior Court Operations Consultant Kimberly Kosch provides an overview of ethical opinions released by the Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee in 2023 and their impact on the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators, Rules 10.200 – 10.690. The program is eligible for 1.0 hour of mediator ethics CME and CPCE. The program is approved by The Florida Bar for 1.0 legal ethics hour, course number 2309990N.
